Own Touch Soccer 2024/25 Winter High School Training Program
This 10 WEEK program will focus on Stage 3 of the Own Touch Methodology: Elite Techniques, which consists of developing functional training sessions in ball control, advanced dribbling, finishing and goal shooting, spatial awareness, quick decision making, speed of play, and team play. It also includes conditioning, speed, and agility.
Each player will be motivated to push beyond their comfort zone and will have fun doing it. This program is designed to progressively build fitness and soccer skills in preparation for each individual high school season and/or tryouts.
Each session will consist of 1 hour of fitness training (cardiovascular conditioning and agility training) followed by 1 hour of technical soccer skills.
This program is open to all high school-aged children and those players preparing for boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, varsity, or junior varsity.
